OneCNC removes the mysteries of Multi
Axis machining
OneCNC innovative development team has again excelled in removing
the shackles of knowledge constraints by developing 4-axis and 5-axis
machining that users can literally learn in a unique visual way.
OneCNC introduced a method of creating planes
angle of rotation automatically from the selection of
the holes. This method derives the rotation angles
directly from the model or surface model and displays it
in the planes dialog fro reference and automatic
location for machining.
Although 5-axis machines are becoming increasingly popular in industry
the ability required to take advantage of the additional ability
of these machines has been restricted due to the excessive cost
and cumbersome software that is available to run these machines.
OneCNC has changed all that with new 4-axis and 5-axis features.
OneCNC focused on developing tool-positioning strategies and simultaneous
strategies that take advantage of the full ability of the various
types of 4 and 5-axis machines and has combined them with an extremely
easy to use interface that removes the mysteries and of course
excessive costs.
OneCNC is intelligent
These 5-axis machines are sophisticated in capabilities and require
CAD-CAM to be intelligent and capable yet easy to use. OneCNC has
well and truly solved those problems. These machines have the ability
to machine complex shapes, undercuts and difficult angles in a single
setup. Providing you have an intelligent CAD-CAM which OneCNC
provides you can reduce tooling costs and labour time, resulting
in a better cost per part. OneCNC now gives users the ability
to accomplish that.
OneCNC 5-axis simultaneous
OneCNC 5 axis simultaneous machining is a more recent addition to the product ability however it has many attributes similar to the other functions in the product. The programming with collision avoidance is almost automatic and it can take into account the tool. the tool holder, the holder spindle, and even the machine head into the avoidance when calculating the tool path.
OneCNC
is versatile OneCNC was developed with versatility in mind and
incorporates self configurable GUI post ability. OneCNC is
now well renowned for intuitive 3 -axis machining and 4-axis
and 5-axis just as easy to use.
OneCNC incorporates the required posting ability to suit
these machines as well as providing program verification and
unique visual collision checking required for the safety aspects
of this type of operation.
Some machines simply expose different surface planes to
the spindle for machining which can be called tombstone machining.
Although this type of machine is not as complex as 5-axis
simultaneous OneCNC incorporates this ability so parts that
parts that are to be machined on several sides are also easily
accomplished using this software.
For other 5-axis trunion type machines capable of machining
complicated 3D shapes OneCNC has the built in intelligence
necessary to machine these models to the highest precision.
OneCNC provides five axes of motions three linear and one
or two rotary for this type of machining. This type of machining
can be very sophisticated in the functionality and requires
a CAM system to be very intelligent to do it correctly without
collision.
OneCNC is safe and easy to use
OneCNC software is so easy to use and understand with state-of-the
art preview the user soon becomes totally confident in the
use of the CNC machine. OneCNC makes it totally visually
possible to see what is going on before it goes to the machine.
OneCNC has a solid reputation worldwide today in providing
software that is reliable safe and easy to use.
