Toolpath Wizard

[ << first | < prev | next > | last >> ]

OneCNC has an unrivalled range of manufacturing options from roughing cycles to verification functions. The tool path strategies are fast, efficient and accurate, which increases the productivity of the machine tool and the operator. The tool paths include intelligence to minimize the time the tool spends in the air, minimize the time it spends lying idle waiting for NC code and removes the need to hand-finish parts.

1 Wizard Driven
OneCNC's wizard driven CAM easily guides even the most novice user through the machining process, and for the experienced user it gives complete control over each aspect of the tool path generation. Shown below is some of the pages you would see in the wizard.

1 Easy to use
Part clearances are very important in the safe operation of a CNC machine. OneCNC provides users with intelligent easy to use settings. This enables users to competently and confidently set the desired safety clearances.

1 Complete tool control
OneCNCprovides complete control over the machined area. You can use the automated features of OneCNCXR3 to control the tool, or you can setup single or multiple boundaries with islands to machine. Control over the tool is unlimited, even down to selecting specific surfaces or parts to machine.

1 Live Tooling
OneCNCLathe has Multi Function machine ability with the addition of Live tooling modules  for C, Y and B axis.

OneCNC C + module includes Polar and wrap cycles.
OneCNC C + Y axis module includes Polar and Wrap, Full C axis machining as well as C positional machining as well as Y axis functionality.

OneCNC C+Y+B axis module includes Polar and Wrap, Full C axis machining as well as C positional machining as well as Y axis and B axis 3D mode functionality.

This movie shows the C T and B axis functionality.

With OneCNC these modules are fully integrated into the functionality with full metal removal simulation OneCNC Rest and OneCNC Preview. The simulation Rest feature is unique because it actually checks the machined model with the original model to assist in guaranteeing machined part integrity.

This movie shows the simulation of the C and Y axis metal removal in action.
