OneCNCXR2's advanced automatic nesting creates very tight nesting layouts and provides the best yield from your sheets with the minimum amount of waste possible. Material consumption is far less for the same production output which reduces the cost per part as well as improving productivity.

Automatic allowance is made for the clearance amount required for the selected entry and exit of the cut. Separate clearances for the parts and sheet edges settings for degrees of rotation are are all customizable and are handled automatically in the nesting process.
