Associative CAD to CAM
Associative machining is logic between models
or surfaces and the NC operations. When changes are made to the NC operations the system
will easily and efficiently regenerate the tool path.
Drawn geometry is re-selectable to allow it to be associative
by selection between machining function and the geometry
providing very
good flexibility. The task of altering
settings or tool information using this associative technology is
a breeze with the 'step by step' process that OneCNC has adopted
directly from the NC manager.
Total Control
Shown below is our NC manager, where you can back plot, preview,
verify, rest, simulate, post or edit NC operations. You can also
move, delete and change the order of the NC operations or tool path
groups. Dialog entries can be edited directly from
the NC manager.
Easy Organization
The OneCNC NC job manager automatically
creates a tree as NC operations are selected and added. The order
of these can be changed at any time simply by dragging them into
the desired order required.
Job Sheet
The OneCNC Job Manager will automatically
create a job sheet based upon a group or single operation. The job
sheet includes tool information, setup information and operation
settings. The sheet can be viewed with Internet Explorer in the
form of an HTML report and can be printed saved or emailed as required.
