Posting a tool path is so simple. Just by clicking on a tool path
group or individual operation you can instantly turn it into machine-ready
code. You can also easily change the controller type or
Customizable Post
The posting format is fully customizable and is totally configurable
the easy way - interactively. Shown below is the numbering that
will be added to the posted code. As you change the settings the
example on the right automatically changes.
Total Control
OneCNCXR2 gives you total control over the post
format. One example of this ability is the Heidenhain configuration
providing ability to use the native Heidenhain CNC code. The Heidenhain
post can be automatically configured to allow the block form settings
to be transmitted to the machine control. This block form allows
viewing of the tool path at the machine control.
Tools for Posting
Machining statistics, including time estimates and tool path lengths,
are produced automatically for each group or NC operation. You can
also use the visualization and verification facilities to thoroughly
check the operation even before its posted for the machine. So only
the verified programs are sent to the machine, thus eliminating
waste of time, materials and money.
