Rest Robot
This rest material technology is designed to clearly highlight areas of material that have not yet been removed by machining. It works by creating a simulation of the material left over from a tool path. At any stage this rest information is calculated from singular or groups of tool paths to indicate what is still there. This totally integrated technology developed by OneCNC has distinct advantages over third-party type add-on rest verification.

Clearly see the material left on the part. The colors indicate red indicating bulk material and orange or yellow indicate amounts ranging down to almost nil and the grey metallic indicates fully machined. OneCNC provides the functionality and the strategies to complete the task of rest machining with confidence.
