If you want to move another face of your part into a machinable position, OneCNC provides an easy process to rotate the part in this manner, even if you do not know the needed angle of rotation.

1. Click on View > Back View

2. The face that we would like to machine is now displayed, but not in the proper position to
do so. Click the plane icon, and choose create plane from surface.

3. Select the surface facing us.

4. The plane has been positioned onto this surface.

5. Left click the select all icon on the selection toolbar.

6. Go to the Edit menu, choose placement and Move selection FROM plane (In car position)

7. Click on View and choose Top View

8. The surface we selected is now in a machinable position.
