3D Maching Z Level

Overview:
This tutorial describes the most common method of 3D roughing a part from stock. It will describe the path control methods of using this functionality and the various settings required to rough the part. It will then complete the part by Z level finishing the part.

3D Positioning

Overview:
The 3D Positioning tutorial will help you to understand how we position parts in OneCNCXR2. It describes how to simply rotate a part around an axis or move any face of the model to a machining position.

3D Machining Planar

Overview:
This tutorial also starts with machining Z level roughing to remove the stock prior to the finish machining the part. It will then lead you through the combination of Z level machining the part and finally planar finishing another area of the part.

2.5 Axis Machining

Overview:
This tutorial will guide you through a circular pocket then bore some smaller holes by the same method and finally chamfer the edges. Then it will lead you through the simulation of the toolpath which we use to prove the toolpath before sending to your machine tool.
